Sign up and participate in the call for nominations of the 2024 international edition of the L'Oréal-UNESCO "For Women in Science" Award.
Created in 1998 by the L’Oréal Foundation in collaboration with UNESCO, the "For Women in Science" program as the first award entirely dedicated to women who work in the scientific field and today it is part of a vast program focused on promoting the female scientific vocation at international level and on the recognition of the commitment of female researchers from all over the world. Since 1998, more than 3,600 female researchers have been supported in their career in 118 countries.
The 2024 International Prize will be awarded to five outstanding female researchers in the field of Life and Environmental Sciences, each active in one of the following regions: Africa and the United Arab Emirates, Asia and the Pacific, Europe, Latin America and the Caribbean, and North America. The five researchers will be selected by an international jury for their contribution to scientific progress and will be awarded in June 2024 in Paris.
The call for nominations of the 2024 international edition of the L'Oréal-UNESCO "For Women in Science" Prize will close on 28 June 2023.
